Are these roles open right now?

These are the roles on our hiring plan as Gold Rose grows, starting in Orange County. We build our talent network ahead of time, so when a role opens we start with the people who already raised their hand. Roles marked “First hires” come first.

Will a person read my application?

Yes. A person reads every application before anyone is contacted. We use AI only to organize your resume into a tidy profile so it's easy to find. It never scores, ranks or rejects anyone.

How long do you keep my information?

Up to 24 months, so we can consider you for future roles. You can ask us to delete it any time by emailing [email protected].

Can I apply to more than one role?

Yes. Apply to each role that fits. We see them together, so there's no need to resend the same details.

Do I need florist experience?

Only for some roles, like Florist Advisor. For most roles, curiosity about small businesses matters more than knowing your ranunculus from your peonies.

Where is the team based?

Orange County, California. Many roles are hybrid or remote within the US; each role lists where it can be done.
