Is this message really from Gold Rose?
Scammers sometimes pretend to be companies you use. Here is exactly how Gold Rose contacts you, so you can tell a real message from a fake one in a few seconds.
Where our messages come from
- Email: only from addresses ending in @goldrose.ai, such as [email protected] (sign-in codes and security notices) and [email protected] (help and account news).
- WhatsApp: only from +1 949-763-3284, the Gold Rose AI business number.
- Phone: billing and account help at +1 949-669-5228. This number is also printed on our receipts.
- Website: only goldrose.ai. Our sign-in page is goldrose.ai/login. Check the address bar before you type anything.
What we will never ask for
We will never ask for your sign-in code, a password, or your card number. Not by phone, text, WhatsApp or email, and not even if the person says they work for Gold Rose. Sign-in codes are only for you to type into goldrose.ai yourself.
Emails we send about your account
- "One more step to sign up" or "Your sign-in code": a 6-digit code when you start or sign in with your email. It works for 10 minutes and only once.
- "New sign-in to your Gold Rose account": when your account is used from a device we haven't seen before.
- "New sign-in method added": when a new way to sign in (like Google) is linked to your account.
- "Welcome to Gold Rose": once, when your free month starts.
- Billing receipts and payment notices come from Stripe, our payment company, on our behalf. They show the Gold Rose AI logo and name, and "ALTERRA GOLD ROSE" on your card statement.
Got a code or alert you didn't ask for?
A code you didn't ask for: ignore it. Nobody can get in without it. A sign-in alert that wasn't you: reply to the alert or email [email protected] right away. We'll sign out every device and lock your account while we sort it out.
