When an order runs late or a delivery goes sideways, you're the calm person who fixes it. You'll watch the order board, coordinate with florists and delivery partners, and help us improve the system so problems happen less.
What you'll do
- Monitor orders and deliveries on busy days and holidays
- Resolve issues with florists, drivers and customers quickly and kindly
- Track what goes wrong and help fix the process behind it
What you bring
- 2+ years in operations, dispatch, logistics or customer service
- Calm under pressure, especially on Valentine's Day
- Clear written and phone communication
Nice to have
- Florist, food delivery or event logistics experience
- Bilingual English/Spanish
What success looks like
In 90 days: on-time delivery tracked and above target for network orders.
