The best marketing we have is real shops doing real work. You'll film in flower shops, edit short videos for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube, and help founding florists look great online.
What you'll do
- Shoot and edit 3–5 short videos a week
- Run our social calendar and community replies
- Create content florists can reuse for their own shops
What you bring
- A portfolio of short-form video with strong hooks
- Fast, tidy editing and an eye for flowers, light and color
- Comfort on location with small business owners
Nice to have
- Photography
- Bilingual English/Spanish
- Floral or wedding content experience
What success looks like
In 90 days: a steady weekly posting rhythm and three florists featured.
