Who we are
Gold Rose AI is a trade name of Alterra Holdings LLC, Orange County, California. We're responsible for the information you send when you apply.
What we collect
What you type in the form (name, email, phone if you add it, city, region, country, links, current title and company, experience, work preferences, pay expectations and your answers) and the resume file you upload. We also record the approximate country, region and city our hosting provider (Cloudflare) sees for your connection, the type of device, and how you found us (for example a LinkedIn link). We don't ask about criminal history, and we don't ask for your age, race, religion or health.
How we use it
To consider you for the role you applied for and for future roles, to contact you about them, and to understand, in total and without naming anyone, what kinds of people are interested in working at Gold Rose. We don't sell or share your information for advertising.
How AI is used
When you upload a resume, an AI model (Anthropic's Claude) reads it and organizes the facts in it into a tidy profile, like your past titles and skills, so our team can find it later. The AI is told not to score, rank or judge you and not to record protected traits. A person reviews every application, and people make every hiring decision.
Who can see it
Only the Gold Rose people involved in hiring, plus the providers that run our systems: Cloudflare (hosting and storage) and Anthropic (resume organizing). They only process it to provide their service to us.
How long we keep it
Up to 24 months from when you apply, then we delete it automatically. If we hire you, it becomes part of your employee file.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time by emailing [email protected] from the address you applied with. If you live in California, you have these rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act where it applies. We won't treat you differently for asking.
Security
Your information is sent over an encrypted connection, stored with our hosting provider, and only staff on our hiring list can open applications. Every view of a resume and every change is logged.
