You'll be the first person florists meet from Gold Rose. You'll walk into shops, learn how each owner runs their day, and show them how Gold Rose sends them more orders and takes busywork off their plate. You'll shape the pitch, the pricing conversations and the playbook every future rep uses.
What you'll do
- Sign founding florists across Orange County ahead of Valentine's Day 2027
- Run shop visits, demos and follow-ups, and keep the pipeline honest in our CRM
- Bring back what owners say so product and marketing can act on it
- Build the sales playbook: talk tracks, objections, and what a great first week looks like
What you bring
- 3+ years selling to small business owners (restaurants, salons, retail, local services or similar)
- Comfort walking into a shop unannounced and being welcome there
- Clear, plain-spoken writing and follow-through you don't need to be reminded about
- A car and a valid driver's license for shop visits
Nice to have
- Floral, wedding or events industry experience
- You've sold software, payments or marketplace memberships before
What success looks like
In 90 days: 25 founding florists signed, a repeatable demo, and a written playbook.
